The screw stem is short, but much of a secure screw.UPDATE I am changing my rate for the consumer service I received from Cocharm. They reached out to me concerned on how unhappy I was with their product. I let them know the screw on the stud was to short. They ended up sending me another earring stating they added a longer screw, really they just sent me an 8 mm length.Anyways, I really appreciate them sending me another earring and the effort of "trying" to fix the problem.I haven't wore the new one yet so I can't speak upon if the new earring is more secure when screwed on.
